Prestigious Norwegian Award

Norsk Betongforening is a forum for the development of professional skills and technology working with concrete, and was founded in 1954. Betongtavlen is the name of an annually prestigious award that goes to construction works in Norway where concrete is used in an environmentally, aesthetically and technically outstanding manner. The award for 2016 went to Cobe architects for their tourist facilities The View on Gaularfjell at the west coast, and to Lund Hagem architects for the small cottage named Knapphullet south of Norway. You can read more about The View here, and Knapphullet here.
