FRAMA visits DRY Studios

DRY is a design studio in Stockholm that designs and develops interior objects, furniture and graphic prints with the ambition to create new classics, things that only get better over time, all produced locally in a sustainable process. From time to time they collaborate with friends who share the same philosophy: – We like connecting with inspiring people in other countries and their way of living. This great opportunity to combine our items with Danish FRAMA, who shares our beliefs, simply felt like a perfect match, says Jenny Kästel Tavassoli, Co-Founder of Dry Studios. Frama´s approach to their furniture and lighting design is both classical and contemporary, representing a graphical and straight forward aesthetic, focusing on natural materials, simple geometry and a appreciation of permanency. -With a common approach to creative processes and both inspired by organic materials makes this collaboration feel very genuine, explains Niels Strøyer Christophersen, founder of Frama. The Frama installation opened at Dry Studios last week and will run until May 31, and an upcoming Dry Studios installation will take place at Frama in Copenhagen from mid March to May 31. Each company’s latest pieces will be exhibited, including a new folded wall and space divider by Dry Studios, the Studio Kitchen by Frama, and pieces from their permanent collection.
