100 % Norway

For the 13 time the annual design exhibition 100% Norway will take place during the London Design Festival from 22 – 25 September. This years exhibition is curated by Max Fraser, who has selected 17 Norwegian designers and design offices to participate. The theme for the 2016 exhibition is long lines in Norwegian design. For the competition entries designers were invited to present their own interpretation of Norwegian design classics, not to reproduce an existing object but to show how a classic, timeless design object has inspired to develop a product. In addition to the new object, the designers were asked to include the story about how the classic item had influenced them. The exhibition features some of Norway´s most talented designers today and arouses great interest internationally. See all the 17 participants here:
